Loyalty schemes only work if people are engaged with them. That’s the problem Worcester – the market leader of the heating industry – had with their Greenstar Rewards for installers. 33,540 unspent loyalty points, to be precise. How could we get installers spending?.

What we did

We ran a Black Friday campaign across print, digital, SMS and email with even more enticing offers to get installers spending their loyalty points.
